E-mail

Use this category to specify how to send reports via e-mail. The program can use SMTP or MAPI to send the reports.

These options don't include the destination e-mail address. If you wish to send a report by e-mail, you need to set the report destination in Profile Properties > Report to "E-mail" and enter the email address.

SMTP

SMTP Server:

Domain name or IP address of the SMTP server.

Sender name:

Name of the mail sender (used in the From field of e-mails).

Sender e-mail:

E-mail address of the mail sender (used in the From field of e-mails).

Other SMTP settings:

Reply e-mail:

E-mail address used in the Reply-To field of e-mails. Use this option if you want replies sent to a specified e-mail address (instead of the one specified as sender e-mail).

Port:

SMTP port. In most cases you need to use the default port (25).

Username:

Username used to access the SMTP server (if required).

Password :

Password for the specified username.

MAPI

Profile:

MAPI profile name.

Password:

Password for the specified profile.

Default mail contents

Click the Default mail contents button to specify mail contents (subject, message, attachment name) used by default.
